[Moabusers] Moab Simulation mode parameters

Hi, 

I want to run Moab in the Simulation mode. I'm using the trial version of 
Moab(5.2.4). 

Two questions:
1) Whats the exact difference between the NORMAL and REPLAY settings for 
SIMJOBSUBMISSIONPOLICY?
Does it mean that in the NORMAL setting, Moab would again schedule the jobs 
that it reads from the workload trace and in the REPLAY setting, Moab just 
repeats the workload trace ? i.e. what had happened in the past. 

2) When I set the SIMJOBSUBMISSIONPOLICY parameter to NORMAL as mentioned on 
the website, the scheduler stops immediately and in the log file there is a 
message: 

12/03 18:25:00  ALERT:    invalid SIMJOBSUBMISSIONPOLICY parameter specified 
'NORMAL' 

Any idea why the NORMAL mode is not working? 

In general, what are the parameters that we need to set in Moab.cfg to get 
the Simulation mode working such that Moab actually tries to schedule the 
jobs rather than replaying?
