[Moabusers] Moab 5.2 available for download

Greetings,

Moab 5.2 is now available for download. It includes many enhancements
for cluster, grid, data center, and utility computing.

This new release also moves Moab to the industry standard "autoconf".
If you have scripts that automate the installation of Moab they will
need to be updated for the new configuration options (run "./configure
--help" for detailed information).

The tarball name format has also changed with this release. Snapshots
will now contain a version number rather than an epoch time stamp.
Versions with "torque" in the name are compatible with TORQUE 2.1 and
later. Versions with "pbs" in the name are compatible with TORQUE 2.0
and earlier. Versions of "generic" in the name are compatible with all
versions of SLURM and also have beta support for SGE.
